A WILD & SPIRITED CONTAINER
Hi love, welcome to your initiation into our co-creation. An exploration of self, soma, soil and spirit.
For me, being photographed has always felt like more than just getting a photo taken. Having a camera pointed at you can suddenly ignite an alarming energetic cocktail – vulnerability, insecurities, and expectations, to name a few. There is a rawness to being seen in this way. As women, we often feel the need to wear masks for the world or ourselves in order to feel like “enough”. Whether we wear these masks consciously or unconsciously, fragments of them inevitably rise to the surface when a camera is pointed at you. A heightened sense of self awareness and questionning floods the psyche – How do I look?
Does this look okay?
Should I be sucking in?
Why am I standing like this?
Does this even look natural?
But the way I approach this work is that it’s not for anyone else.
It's all for HER. Every version of you there has been and will be. It's for the little 4 year old that still lives within you, who endlessly adores you now. It's for the 80 something year old who is on another timeline, right now, looking back at this version of you with the most compassionate eyes. She's incredibly proud of you, like you are your inner child. Every incarnation, looking at you on every timeline with infinite tenderness.
This work isn’t for anyone else, it’s for every incarnation of you. The one you took your first breath with, the one who will be with you until your last. A ceremony of “Self”.
witnessing & inner alchemy
Having the chance to be witnessed in your rawness and truth creates an alchemical process between mind, body, and soul.
Being looked at is to be evaluated, compared and measured.
Being witnessed is to be held and embraced.
This is the magic.
All of life responds to our awareness, so when we can give our inner world & bodies this level of awareness, it begins to make the unconscious conscious. In quantum physics, everything in our reality exists in a field of possibilities. When something is met with awareness, it is given the choice to shift into another state. Field to form, wave to particle.
This container is designed to witness the full spectrum of your heroines journey, celebrating the wholeness you already are.
The images we create will only deepen with meaning over time. Your future self will get to look back on these and feel so much love and reverence for the woman you are and the body that has carried her through it all. 
ATTUNEMENT
I attune each container to the woman I’m working with. We begin with a call, then a questionnaire to tune into you, what’s been moving and shaping you. Created to evoke the sweetness of this chapter of your life and anchor you into your future self. The old, wise, kind, and infinitely compassionate version of you.
You’ll set intentions for the container and this will become our creative direction for all the work and ritual we do together – bringing you closer to your wild inner nature.
THE CONTAINER
Body as Oracle
The body is fluent in truth, with you through every breath. She’s held you through it all, written with your history. We begin the container with an in depth somatic reading of the body and face to understand your body’s intelligence and how it has stored the energetics of your life. Your reading becomes our first guide for the work. 
Photography as Mirror
Bending light and melting over matter. Photography acts as a powerful mirror for the woman beneath the masks – creating space to return to your wild nature. A day to revel in your softness, your fierceness, your rawness, celebrating the inner Creatura. 
Ceremony
If you feel called to ceremony, we will attune a day specific to you, your intentions, and your body's wisdom. A sacred space to work with mama earth's medicines, for coming home to self, aligning with the spirit, and tapping into the tender. 
CEREMONIAL EXPLORATIONS
CREATING PORTALS
We’ll treat the shoot like a ceremony, a portal into this chapter of YOU. And that doesn’t mean we take it seriously (please god no, we take way too many things too seriously as is), but we do it all with devotion. This work is so much fun, because its not about doing more “work” on yourself, its about celebrating the woman you are NOW and creating a portal for every future version of yourself into this chapter.
We can get caught up in the lie that we must always be improving ourselves, treating ourselves like an unfinished project. Let’s hit pause and take a minute to CELEBRATE THE FUCKKK out of exactly who you are. As an perfectly imperfect CREATURA of god. Free the body of expectations and evoke reverence for these cosmic vessels of flesh and ecstacy. And thank the real god that you are WOMAN.
SOMA
THE COMPASSIONATE WITNESS
We'll begin with an in depth somatic reading, an invitation to witness the intelligence of your body.
Long before the mind has language for an experience, the body has already recorded it. In her posture, breath, muscle, bone, movement... all the subtle ways you occupy space. Reading these patterns isn't about diagnosing or labeling. It's about listening to the story your nervous system has been telling all along.
Together, we can uncover where life has shaped you, where you've learned to protect yourself, and where your body is quietly asking for more freedom. When these unconscious patterns are brought into awareness with compassion, they no longer have to remain unconscious. You grant the body the permission she's been asking for to soften and expand. You'll gain a deeper reverence for yourself and this incredible instrument which your consciousness dances through. Shifting the narrative from seeing the body as something to fix, to appreciating the infinite wisdom of the vessel that carries you.
Honoring the body and her journey is what we do with this work. She is the greatest partnership we will ever experience. She’s carried us from our very first heartbeat as a tiny cluster of cells within the womb, and will be with us until our very last.
Celebrating every limb, toe, jiggle, and wrinkle. Witnessing her fierceness, her softness. Her raw power and her tenderness. The dualities we hold that make us WOMAN.

The mirror of medicine shows us our truth, bringing us back home to love, again and again and again.

THE ALTAR
I love to build altars with the women I work with that feel specific to them. An altar is an energy portal, a mirror; it evokes vitality stored within the archetypes and energies deep within the psyche and spirit.
If you already have an altar practice, I’d love to photograph you with it! Feel free to bring anything you’d like to the shoot for this if it calls! Can be simple or go all out, whatever you want!
INTEGRATION
Integration translates insights into embodiment. Ceremony plants the seed, integration is the process of tending the soil so the work can take root and breathe poetry into your life. The Creatura container will open doors to deeper parts of you, but it's only the beginning.
We'll integrate through conversation and the art we created together for you. There's nothing like seeing how the magic and symbolism of this chapter makes its way into the photos. And they'll only deepen with meaning as time passes.
